Do I need to share my password to use TokVault?

No. Never. TokVault uses API's designed to work with TikTok to populate and download your videos. You will never need to share any information other than your TikTok username.

Will my videos have watermarks?

Nope. Your videos will be water mark free and formatted in high definition MP4 format on both the LITE and PRO plans.

Do I need to have a Google Drive or other cloud storage to store my videos?

TokVault LITE lets you download your content to any device your want (phone, USB, Google Drive, Dropbox, computer, etc.) and does not include cloud storage. With a TokVault PRO account we handle the storage for you. TokVault Pro lets you store up to 2000 videos on your own TokVault Cloud and makes it easy to download them all with just one click.

What happens to my video backups if I cancel my account?

If you cancel your TokVault PRO account your video backups will remain available until the end of your billing cycle. After that time the system will stop backing up your new content and the backup will be deleted. Your account will automatically be switched to TokVault LITE and you will still be able to access and download individual videos that are currently live on TikTok. We suggest downloading your backup before you cancel so that you have your content on whatever device you choose (laptop, USB drive, etc). After all, it is YOUR content !

How do I download my videos?

You can download individual videos, audio, or your entire channel directly from your dashboard.

Can I upload my videos to other platforms?

Yes. When you download your content from TokVault it is immediately available on whatever device you downloaded it to. Usually it is just a coupld of clicks to re-upload to another short-form video platform. We will be integrating uploads directly from your dashboard soon but it is not available yet.

Does TokVault work on my phone?

Yes! TokVault is accessible and usable on all devices.
